These Terms of Service govern your use of the BrowserChef website, related hosted services, and paid plans if offered.

By using BrowserChef, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You may use BrowserChef only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for how you configure and run your own workflows.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features or paid plans may require an account or subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

Paid subscriptions, if applicable, renew according to the plan you choose unless cancelled before renewal.

Acceptable use

You may not use BrowserChef to abuse websites, violate law or contracts, infringe rights, or interfere with service availability for others.

Payments and refunds

Fees for paid plans, if any, are billed as described at the time of purchase. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis unless local law requires otherwise.

AI requests consume credits when they return a usable response. Failed requests or invalid responses are refunded automatically. An AI-selected page action can still fail after resolution if the page changes. Pro includes 500 credits per UTC calendar month; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds and disputes can reverse the corresponding credits.

AI output can be inaccurate. Review generated workflows before applying or running them. You are responsible for the data you send to AI services and the actions your workflows perform.

Third-party services

BrowserChef may link to or rely on third-party services such as browser stores, analytics providers, payment processors, and community platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim for reliability, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrowserChef and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates risk for the service or others.
